Utilize advanced financial analysis skills, including materiality assessments, management accounting principles, and data modeling techniques to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
Provide financial support to the organizations leadership through variance analysis, Commentary on business initiatives, and detailed operational performance reporting.
Support the month-end close process, including reviewing journal entries and working with the Accounting team to deliver accurate and timely financial analysis..
Assist in operational expense tracking, headcount planning, and reporting to help drive budgetary and resource decisions..
Contribute to the annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as required by leadership.
Become a subject matter expert in our financial reporting and planning software (OneStream), enabling efficient and accurate data analysis and reporting.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar financial role
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to drive independent progress on projects and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail
Proven experience in process improvement and the ability to implement efficiency-enhancing solutions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and model complex data sets
