Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead fabric sourcing for woven, knit, and denim categories from both domestic and international markets
Develop and manage a reliable network of mills and suppliers to support seasonal and bulk requirements
Collaborate closely with the design and merchandising teams to align fabric developments with product needs and market trends
Identify cost-effective and innovative fabric solutions while ensuring quality, sustainability, and compliance standards
Negotiate prices, lead times, MOQs, and payment terms with vendors
Oversee fabric development, sampling, and timely delivery of bulk yardages
Ensure quality checks, testing, and fabric approvals are completed within timelines
Maintain updated fabric libraries, vendor databases, cost sheets, and documentation

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong sourcing experience in
woven, knits, and denim fabrics
Hands-on exposure in buying house or export house setups
Excellent communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Excel and T&A tracking tools
Strong understanding of fabric construction, testing protocols, and compliance
Well-connected with mills, agents, and fabric manufacturers
Proactive, organized, and trend-aware with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
