Oversee day-to-day last mile delivery activities including route planning, load allocation, and dispatch. Monitor delivery timelines and ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery to customers. Monitor rider performance and implement training/improvement plans as needed. Handle escalations and resolve last mile delivery issues promptly. Track and improve key metrics like delivery TAT, NDR (Non-Delivery Report), success rate, and cost per delivery. Ensure all delivery operations comply with safety, legal, and operational standards.
