SENIOR EXECUTIVE BD AND SALES

As a Senior Executive in Business Development and Sales located in Pune, you will play a vital role in driving growth within the aerospace and automotive sectors. Your main responsibilities will involve acquiring new clients, identifying business opportunities, and ultimately increasing revenue for the organization. In this position, you will be in charge of managing the complete sales process, starting from lead generation all the way to deal closure. Collaboration with the engineering team will be essential to ensure that the products offered align with the specific needs of the clients. Your daily tasks will include exploring current markets, building strong relationships with major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and analyzing market trends to pinpoint potential opportunities for business growth. To excel in this role, you must possess a robust background in sales, a deep understanding of the industry, and the flexibility to work autonomously as well as within cross-functional teams. While a degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, having an MBA will be considered an added advantage in this position.,
