Responsibilities

Design, implement, and execute performance and load testing strategies using JMeter
Develop and maintain scripts (Eg. Windows PowerShell) for automation and system monitoring
Analyze application performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations
Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to integrate performance best practices throughout the SDLC
Build and maintain dashboards for performance metrics and system health
Perform reliability assessments and contribute to the improvement of fault tolerance and system uptime
Automate routine tasks and support continuous integration pipelines

Soft Skills

Solid understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and reliability principles
Should be able to execute his/her responsibility independently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and documentation skills

Mandatory Skills

3-4 years of experience in performance engineering or related field
Proficiency in JMeter for load and stress testing
Strong scripting skills using Windows PowerShell or simiar
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools

Nice-to-have Skills

Grafana or similar monitoring tolls
