Job Description

Collaborate with product owners, designers and architects on all phases of the application life cycle: requirements, design, implementation, documentation and testing-
Optimize new and existing code for usability, responsiveness & maintenance-
Create performant web components and libraries that empower other application developers-
Participate in code reviews-
Collaborate with other engineering teams across the company-

Who are you

You are a fast learner and are comfortable working with little direction- You take initiative and bring up ideas- In addition you have the following:

B-Tech/B-E/B-S dagree in Computer Science or equivalent-
5+ years of experience building scalable commercial web applications for an international user base-
3+ years of experience building responsive single page applications with a modern application framework such as Angular, React or Vue-
Expertise with HTML5, SCSS, CSS3, ES6 and Typescript
Expertise with modern web development tools such as Python, NodeJS, npm, yarn, webpack, ESLint and Docker-
Ability to translate UX design wireframes into pixel perfect web applications-
Databases: Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases-
Familiarity with REST APIs-
Familiarity with test frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine, Cypress and Selenium and CI/CD systems such as Gitlab, Jenkins and GoCD-
