Job Description

Experienced Senior Engineer with over 4 years in PCB and box build engineering, specializing in product development, testing, and quality assurance. Proven expertise in handling end-to-end processes from BOM creation to final assembly and validation.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Expertise in
BOM creation and review
for PCBA and box build assemblies.
Strong knowledge of
component engineering
and
schematic verification

Proficient in
PCB Gerber file review
and EQ submission.
Skilled in
manual and ATE test case review and implementation
.
Experience in
assembly drawing review
and process implementation.
Creation and validation of
manufacturing process documentation
.
Hands-on experience in
packaging development and implementation
.
Well-versed in
quality tools
: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA.
Conducting
PFMEA and risk assessments
for process improvement.
Troubleshooting and resolving
technical issues in testing and system integration
.
Effective communicator with cross-functional teams and customers.
Involved in
NPI review, monitoring
