Roles and Responsibilities Respond to equipment related faults. Carry out routine maintenance activities. Skills Required Troubleshooting emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs of EMS industry related machines (ie. Pick & Place, Printer, Reflow oven, Wave soldering machines) Drive PM document, MTTR, MTBF within the limits. Must to have: Having a better Knowledge of EMS Industry related machines preventive maintenance. New equipment installation, spares maintaining and documentation. Monitor and control spares costs. Kaizen implementation. Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly. Good to have Basis Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Basic computer Knowledge.
