Senior Director - Product Management

As the Senior Director of Product Management at Zinnia, you will play a pivotal role in leading the vision, development, and delivery of cutting-edge platforms tailored for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry. Your responsibilities will include owning product strategy and portfolio direction, driving innovation with emerging technologies, providing end-to-end product leadership, leading high-performing cross-functional teams, and collaborating across functions to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions. Your role will involve defining and driving the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for Case Management, Event Processing, and AI/Automation-led solutions in alignment with organizational goals. You will champion the integration of AI/ML, event-driven architectures, and automation to revolutionize core processes within the BFSI ecosystem. Additionally, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research and ideation to execution, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption. To excel in this role, you should possess 15+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years leading teams in the BFSI or enterprise SaaS sector. Your track record should demonstrate proven expertise in building and launching digital products within financial services, insurance, or fintech industries. Hands-on experience with Case Management, Digital Event Processing, and Process Automation will be essential, along with strong leadership skills in scaling and mentoring cross-functional product teams. You must have a history of driving innovation through AI, automation, and event-driven technologies in regulated environments. Your proficiency across the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to delivery and adoption, will be crucial for success in this role.
