As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Litera, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving innovation in the legal technology sector. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that significantly impact the legal profession. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and resiliency of Litera's SaaS applications and technology services. You will be involved in designing, building, enhancing, and supporting next-generation applications while adhering to industry best practices for configuration management, incident management, application monitoring, and disaster recovery. Your responsibilities will include resolving software defects, supporting on-premises customer-maintained software products, and participating in a 24x7 SRE team on-call rotation. To support this initiative, PolyPeptide is seeking an experienced ERP Test & Release Manager to play a central role in ensuring system quality, control, and compliance throughout the testing lifecycle and release process, with a primary focus on the new global ERP platform. This role presents a unique opportunity to join early in a global ERP transformation and contribute to establishing structured, reliable, and validated release and test processes that will underpin operations for years to come. In this role, the ERP Test & Release Manager will oversee the end-to-end test and release processes for the SAP S/4HANA environment, including integrations with satellite systems and third-party applications. Responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing tests and releases in critical business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales. The role demands a solid understanding of ERP systems and regulated environments to ensure that changes, whether new features, patches, or upgrades, are delivered in a validated, controlled, and audit-ready manner. Collaboration with stakeholders across compliance, quality, IS/IT, and business functions will be essential to seamlessly integrate testing and release processes into the ERP implementation and beyond. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a structured yet flexible approach, a deep understanding of ERP testing and release in regulated environments, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar, and at least 5 years of experience in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Proven experience in test and release management, particularly with SAP S/4HANA, is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulated industries and GxP/CSV requirements, solid knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and agile methodologies, experience with test automation tools and release platforms, and proficiency in English (both speaking and writing) are also important qualifications.
