Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer with 8-10 years of experience, you will be a vital part of our team working on developing an AI-enabled ERP solution. Your primary responsibilities will include designing scalable AI models, implementing ML pipelines, and exploring the latest AI technologies to drive innovation. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and AI engineers to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Your key responsibilities will involve designing and building AI models from scratch, optimizing machine learning algorithms, and integrating them into our ERP solution. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining an AI development and deployment pipeline using cloud and containerized solutions. Furthermore, conducting R&D activities to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, working on sentiment analysis, NLP, and computer vision tasks, and deploying ML models while ensuring seamless integration into production systems will be part of your role. Collaboration with product teams to align AI strategies with business objectives, leading and mentoring a team of data scientists and AI engineers, and fostering a collaborative team culture are essential aspects of this role. Your expertise in Python and ML frameworks, strong understanding of ML algorithms, experience with deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision, along with hands-on experience in deploying AI models using Flask APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes are critical for success in this position. Preferred skills include knowledge of Java, experience with software development best practices, understanding of SDLC, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and experience with Big Data technologies.
