Senior Customer Support Executive

OCuzor'sorganisationalesponsibilities Manage and resolve customer escalations via chat, phone and email. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction. Understand Cuzors products and help customers troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical problems. Mentor junior support executives and help build efficient support processes. Contribute to FAQs, support articles, and help documentation. Track and report key customer service metrics (CSAT, resolution time, etc.). Take ownership of customer outcomes and demonstrate initiative. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in customer support or client service. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them simply. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to grow with the company. Preferred Experience in consumer electronics or hardware-based products.
