Senior Customer Service executive - Network Operations & Support

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day network operations and maintenance in the areas of Network/SDWAN/Cloud & Security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility & IoT/other domains. This includes handling customer change requests, ensuring platform uptime, managing incident and problem resolution, collaborating with CFT/OEM, and providing escalation support for operations. As an operational role, you will be accountable for delivering results that directly impact daily operations, overseeing professional or technical staff, and reviewing the quality of their work. Your key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining essential infrastructure for field and network operations to enhance network efficiency and availability, managing new enhancements and issue resolution, proactive/reactive fault management, incident management, direct collaboration with OEMs on recurring issues, automation of manual tasks, reviewing CFT team changes, monitoring environment performance, managing network equipment maintenance and security operations, and conducting day-to-day O&M tasks such as installing, testing, diagnosing, and repairing network equipment. Additionally, you may be required to lead a small team or work as an individual contributor. The desired skill sets for this role include troubleshooting network, equipment, and service level faults, writing comprehensive vulnerability assessment reports, understanding domain and related technologies, and employing manual testing techniques to improve environment understanding and reduce false positives/negatives.,
