Designation: Senior Creative Content Writer

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Create, proofread, own all content used for promotional activities.
  • Brainstorm and execute interesting and viral story ideas and headlines.
  • Provide creative ideas from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate with the design team to write marketing copies for communication collaterals.
  • Writing a wide variety of content for multiple platforms (ad copies, articles, case studies, video scripts, newsletters, profile, and speech writing)
  • Writing content in different tones modern/innovative/witty etc.
  • Ensure all-around consistency ( language, style, fonts, images, and tone)
  • Analyze and measure content marketing metrics

Skills Preferred:

  • Masters Degree in journalism, advertising communications, or English.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in creative writing.
  • Excellent command of the English language verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of the latest technology and social media trends.
  • Persuasive presentation and storytelling skills
  • Ability to write content in a variety of formats (long form, short form, captions, etc.) and styles for multiple audiences
  • Knowing sound English isn't good enough, the candidate must be able to think from a stakeholder's perspective and bring out the creativity in every piece of content written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint

Designation: Senior Web Content Writer

We are looking for a senior web content writer with strong editing and proofreading skills. Selected candidates are welcome to join our editorial team and enrich our websites with new web content, blog posts, guides, and marketing copy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research, write and edit copy for marketing communications including but not limited to print and online articles, newsletters, videos, webinars, infographics, white papers, case studies, blog posts, website content, and more
  • Create persuasive messages and compelling stories that inform, entertain, inspire, and engage end-users, while also generating brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with design, digital, search, and other teams to develop compelling, often unexpected, content plans
  • Interview subject matter experts on a variety of topics and translate that information into captivating and concrete storytelling
  • Own all copy-related activities and processes, including final proofreading and approval
  • Think strategically and participate in creative conceptualizing in a wide range of media, beyond the "what is" into the realm of "what can be"
  • Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of organization needs, the stakeholder experience, marketing strategy, and operational capabilities

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Masters Degree in journalism, advertising communications, or English
  • Minimum 5 years writing experience, with samples of work as proof
  • Exceptional writing, interviewing, and research skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Solid understanding of technical writing and the B2B market

Person Specification:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in content strategy development and implementation, preferably in a similar industry or sector.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform content decisions and strategies.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

5. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and other relevant software applications.
