Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer at Snowflake, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the AWS infrastructure to ensure top-notch reliability and security standards. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to enhance the cloud infrastructure, automate processes, and implement cloud operation best practices. Your key responsibilities at Snowflake will involve designing and executing scalable AWS infrastructure solutions, optimizing CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery, creating automation scripts using Python to streamline operations, monitoring system performance and promptly addressing infrastructure incidents, as well as implementing and maintaining infrastructure as code with Terraform. Additionally, you will work closely with engineering teams to enhance developer tooling and processes. To be a perfect fit for this role, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps or similar roles. You should possess a strong expertise in AWS infrastructure management, proficiency in Python and automation tools, hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code, as well as a track record of successful CI/CD implementations using Github/Gitlab.
