Strong follow-up with clients and internal teams, developing effective communication channels, and collecting client testimonials are also key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field with 2 to 3 years of experience. Your skills should include being energetic, driven, and focused on providing top-notch service, excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred, and prior team handling experience would be a plus.
