Senior Client Relationship Manager

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MIS systems to ensure efficient data handling. Your key duties will include building and managing advanced Excel reports and dashboards, maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy, and sharing regular reports with internal teams and management. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with clients for updates, meetings, and follow-ups, as well as collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. In this role, tracking and escalating client issues to the appropriate departments will be crucial, along with suggesting additional products to existing clients for cross-selling and promoting higher-value services or upgrades for up-selling. Ensuring timely communication across all stakeholders will also be a significant part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you must possess a Diploma or B. Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. You should have at least 13 years of relevant experience in MIS, CRM operations, or client coordination roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc., is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
