This position entails identifying business opportunities and developing requirements to address them, often through process, system, or technology improvements. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, the individual ensures that business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented. Additionally, this role serves as a Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies for agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and collaborating closely with team members to enhance productivity and create a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Elicit Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives. - Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead key Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Removing Impediments: Identify and resolve issues that may hinder the team's progress, acting as a buffer between the team and external distractions. - Continuous Improvement: Encourage and facilitate ongoing improvements within the team's processes and practices.
