About the Role

We are looking for driven and passionate Senior Business Development Managers to join our high-energy Inside Sales team for the APAC market. In this role, you will engage with top decision-makers, pitch Tracxns solutions, and own the sales cycle end-to-end. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Tracxn’s platform, target customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage a full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals – focused on the APAC region.
  • Leverage Tracxn’s Sales Playbook to send highly personalized cold emails and follow up with strategic outbound outreach.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and customize pitches based on buyer profiles.
  • Conduct product demos, handle objections, and drive conversions independently.
  • Maintain up-to-date activity logs and pipeline details in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve messaging and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate objections and close deals in a consultative sales process.
  • High attention to process, ownership, and CRM hygiene.
  • A passion for technology, SaaS products, and the startup ecosystem.
  • Willingness to work full-time from our Bangalore office.
