Senior Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support multiple software projects across various IT roles, primarily as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for assigned products with strong knowledge of functional capabilities.
• Interact with customers and stakeholders for requirement elicitation, prioritization, negotiation, and sign-off.
• Contribute to PI Planning, define product vision and business value in line with Scaled Agile standards.
• Own and manage Azure DevOps board--maintaining Objectives, Features, and User Stories for each PI iteration.
• Collaborate with PMs and business teams on project scope and business values during PI planning.
• Partner with technology and UX teams to design solutions that align with business needs.
• Clearly articulate business requirements to agile development teams.
• Manage the product backlog and collaborate with POs of other ART teams and Engagement Managers.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Program Increment Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Lead QA efforts including test planning, scripting, and overall quality assurance.
• Conduct system demos for clients.
• Demonstrate strong communication, planning, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Exhibit adaptability, quick learning, and seamless execution under pressure across multiple projects.
• Negotiate and manage expectations across stakeholders and inspire change.

Experience Requirement:

• 8-12  years of experience supporting multiple software projects in diverse IT roles.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Experience in managing global environments and working with distributed teams.
