Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership:
• Lead the design development process for architectural and interior projects.
• Develop innovative concepts aligned with client briefs and project goals.
• Ensure the design intent is maintained throughout all project phases.
• Project Management:
• Oversee multiple projects from concept through execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, deliverables, and presentations.
• Technical Expertise:
• Produce detailed architectural and interior working drawings and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Review structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings for coordination.
• Client Interaction:
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
• Translate client requirements into creative and functional design solutions.
• Team Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
• Coordinate across architecture and interior design teams for cohesive project delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
