Required Candidate profile Candidates should have experience of working on largescale projects; preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections, and details in the Residential and Commercial Sector Roles and Responsibilities Prepare design concepts, architectural drawings, and working drawings for residential & commercial projects. Must have handled at least one Large Project of Group Housing, Mall/Multiplex and/or Township. Manage project design from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution. Coordinating work between various consultants and contractors to create a construction schedule Will be responsible to oversee the design and execution of the project including master plan and conceptual design. Provide technical guidance on architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations. Assists with coordinating bid process. Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies. Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to contract document Desired Candidate Profile Strong conceptual and planning abilities Excellent project management skills Proficiency in industry norms and design standards Effective communication and team coordination High attention to detail in design and execution
