Job Title: Senior Architect / Architect Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Lead Architect Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of professional experience, strong design and technical skills, and the ability to contribute to projects from concept through construction. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from schematic design through construction documentation. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Prepare drawings, presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. Prepare construction documents and perform quality control reviews. Participate in site visits, field verifications, and construction administration tasks. Maintain awareness of project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 5 to15 years of relevant architectural experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling/rendering tools. Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing.
