We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be adept at using data to drive business decisions. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with various teams and present insights that will influence strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategies.
Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
