Senior Academic Counsellor is responsible for guiding students in choosing suitable academic paths based on their interests, strengths, and career goals. They conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to address academic concerns, course selections, and career planning. They actively engage in student calling to provide information, resolve queries, and guide prospects through the admission process. The counsellor plays a key role in student conversion by effectively communicating the value of programs and ensuring timely follow-ups. They also collaborate with faculty and departments to stay informed about curriculum updates and oversee junior counsellors to ensure consistent and quality support. Additionally, they organize academic workshops, maintain accurate counselling records, and contribute to institutional development through performance tracking and reporting.
