Senior 3D Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust portfolio, leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor junior artists. Your primary responsibility will be to create top-notch models, textures, lighting, and rendering for a variety of projects. With a minimum of 2+ years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering, you should be an expert in Blender or any other industry-standard 3D software. A strong grasp of lighting, shading, and UV mapping is essential, along with proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Substance Painter, or similar software. Your tasks will involve working on product visualizations, environments, and props, requiring excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Responsibilities include generating high-quality 3D assets through modeling, texturing, and rendering, as well as guiding and mentoring junior 3D artists. Collaboration with design and production teams is crucial to ensure project goals are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining file structure, asset management, and adhering to proper naming conventions. Meeting deadlines without compromising on quality is paramount, as well as efficiently handling client feedback and revisions. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
