Experience with IT infrastructure technologies such as Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, and AWS. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus.
