Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation, operations and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project execution. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead and manage the design, implementation, and support of directory services infrastructure (Active Directory, LDAP, Ping Directory). -Serve as the technical SME for directory services across the enterprise. -Oversee day-to-day operations, including incident and problem resolution, monitoring, and performance tuning. -Plan and execute directory migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and integration initiatives. -Define and maintain directory schema, replication, and GPO policies in accordance with security and compliance requirements. -Collaborate with security, IAM, application, and cloud teams for directory integration and authentication strategies (SSO, MFA, Kerberos, LDAP/S, etc.). -Automate repetitive tasks and contribute to infrastructure as code initiatives using scripting (PowerShell, Shell, Python, etc.). -Document technical procedures, standards, and architecture diagrams. -Conduct capacity planning and risk analysis for directory environments. -Provide leadership and mentorship to junior administrators and project teams. -experience with Microsoft Active Directory, including forest/domain design, DNS, replication, and GPO. -Proven experience with LDAP directories (e.g., Ping Directory, OpenLDAP, Oracle Directory Services, etc.). -Strong understanding of authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP/S, SAML, OAuth, etc.). -Experience with directory synchronization and federation tools (Azure AD Connect, PingFederate, ADFS, etc.). -Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for automation and reporting. -Good understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations. -Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, Microsoft Active Directory. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools. - Experience in implementing multi-factor authentication solutions. -Must have skills : Active Directory, LDAP -Good to have skills : Ping Directory/Oracle Unified Directory Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
