Role & responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end OSD packing operations , ensuring adherence to GMP, GDP, and regulatory standards. Supervise the packing of tablets, capsules, sachets , etc., in compliance with batch packing records and SOPs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, warehouse, and engineering for smooth line clearance and operations. Ensure availability and proper functioning of packing machines like blister, strip, bottle filling, labeling, and cartooning machines. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and line performance , identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Role & responsibilities To monitor and lead various Packing departmental activities in respective shifts. To adhere with current Good Manufacturing Practice(cGMP), Good Document Practice (GDP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & Data Integrity Principles i.e. ALCOA+. To ensure packing plan execution as per the provided monthly plan and ensure the availability of material, prior to schedule of respective product packing. To ensure availability of Batch Packing Record (BPR) for execution as per plan, to review & ensure submission of executed Batch Packing Record (BPR) to QA. To ensure that the packing & packing associated activities are being performed as defined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) / Batch Packing Record (BPR). To ensure respective packing stages entry/trending of respective stage rejections and good containers done as per SOP. To ensure & plan for training, periodic training and retraining for staff or workers as per requirement. Also authorize & train workers for packing activity and VIT and ensure the individual training completion in stipulated timeframe. To perform/participate the non-conformance investigation, CAPA implementation & CCM execution of packing area and ensure the closure of the same in defined timeframe. To perform GEMBA round of department & ensure escalation & closure of any abnormalities in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). To communicate any abnormality related to packing material and change in planning to Manager, prior to start of the activity. To ensure the timely packing of unpacked goods from the General Quarantine (GQ) area. The role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting blister machines while ensuring adherence to GMP standards and production targets. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor blister packaging machines (e.g., CAM, IMA, Uhlmann, Bosch). Set up machine parameters and changeover for different products as per batch requirements. Perform line clearance and cleaning procedures as per SOPs and GMP guidelines. Conduct in-process quality checks, including blister sealing, batch coding, and visual inspections. Address minor mechanical issues and escalate major faults to the maintenance team. Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and batch documentation. Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities. Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily output targets.
