You will be responsible for designing and developing seating and seat belt systems. Your technical competencies will include testing seating and seat belt systems, planning countermeasures as needed based on design and quality reviews, line feedback, and testing. You should have experience in designing and developing in at least one domain area such as plastic, sheet metal, PU pad, trim fabric, seat mechanism, seat belts, or seat/seat belt testing. Understanding manufacturing processes and costing functions is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a specialization in mechanical or production engineering and maintain a minimum of 60% marks throughout your education.,
