Job Description

You will be responsible for designing and developing seating and seat belt systems. This includes evaluating seat and seat belt components and integrating them into the vehicle environment according to program schedules and quality targets. You will need to monitor costs and weights at the part and sub-system levels. Your technical competencies will include testing seating and seat belt systems, planning countermeasures as needed based on design and quality reviews, line feedback, and testing. You should have experience in designing and developing in at least one domain area such as plastic, sheet metal, PU pad, trim fabric, seat mechanism, seat belts, or seat/seat belt testing. Understanding manufacturing processes and costing functions is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a specialization in mechanical or production engineering and maintain a minimum of 60% marks throughout your education.,
