Search Engine Marketing

As a SEM Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Your primary focus will be on performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition. Your key responsibilities will include developing, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and providing insights to enhance ROI. You will use advanced website analytics tools like Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends to measure and improve performance marketing strategies. Additionally, you will leverage bid management tools such as Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, and Search Ignite to optimize bids and maximize campaign effectiveness. A/B and multivariate testing will be conducted to enhance conversion rates and campaign performance, in collaboration with web developers to align SEM strategies with site architecture and design. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience in SEO/SEM, preferably within the Media & Entertainment industry. Experience with bid management tools would be advantageous. You should be a team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders, goal-driven, and adept at working in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data are essential for success in this role.
