Manage the team members on a day-to-day basis ensuring tasks are completed on time. Drive the team to meet outcomes committed. Ensure clarity on deliverables for the team and the timelines. Identifies and removes blockers that are slowing down the team. Update JIRA tickets and leverage JIRA for delivery. Working with PM to ensure committed targets are met with quality standards. Working with PM in the planning of deliverables. Maintain clear communication providing updates on changes. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
