Scrum master

Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master based in Hyderabad to lead Agile delivery processes across the full product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile SAFe implementations and will be responsible for facilitating all core Agile ceremonies while closely collaborating with client teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all Agile phases including planning, daily standups, iteration planning, and product lifecycle management Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing Agile best practices Ensure alignment with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) across global teams and projects Collaborate directly with client teams, product owners, and cross-functional delivery groups Support Agile adoption across the organization by coaching and mentoring team members Monitor sprint progress and remove impediments to ensure successful delivery Mandatory Requirements: Proven hands-on experience in more than one project involving Agile SAFe rollout in a global organization Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and Scrum practices Must work onsite at Hyderabad office at least two working days per week Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
