SCM Lead / Solution Architect

As an Oracle SCM Functional specialist, you will work on both offshore and onshore client engagements involving the implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, understand their business processes, and align them with Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH, and other SCM Cloud Modules. You are expected to be an experienced consulting professional with a solid understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and various business processes or technology designs within the Oracle SCM product family. Operating independently, you will deliver high-quality work products, leveraging your expertise to implement Oracle products and technologies to meet customer requirements. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and industry-leading practices to provide functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Additionally, you may lead project teams, consult with customer management, participate in business development activities, and configure detailed solutions for projects. The ideal candidate should have a total of 10 to 15 years of experience, with at least 8 years of consulting, solutioning, or implementation experience in Oracle ERP applications. Proficiency in at least two Fusion SCM modules such as Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and other SCM Cloud Modules is crucial. Furthermore, a minimum of 4 End-to-End Implementation experiences in Oracle ERP is required. Excellent communication skills, client handling capabilities, and a willingness to travel onsite for short or long-term assignments are essential. A graduate degree is mandatory, and domain/industry experience will be advantageous. In this role, your responsibilities will include implementing Oracle SCM Cloud modules at client sites, engaging with customers to understand their processes, mapping them to relevant modules, and ensuring successful solution implementation. You may also be involved in system testing, business object testing, user acceptance testing, and post-production support.
