Job Description Urgent requrinment of Female Receptionist in the school Qualification:- Any graduate with fluency in English and Hindi Salary:- 15-20K/month Location :- Bicholi Mardana Bypass Indore Job Role:- A School Receptionist provides administrative and customer service support at the front desk of a school. Their responsibilities include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing schedules, and maintaining records. They also assist students, staff, and parents with inquiries and other administrative tasks. Here's a more detailed look at the duties of a School Receptionist:Core Responsibilities: Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcoming visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Additional Responsibilities Scheduling Meetings: Coordinating meetings, including parent-teacher conferences. Maintaining School Calendars: Managing the principal's calendar and events calendar. Ordering Supplies: Ordering school supplies and equipment. Assisting with School Events: Helping to organize and manage school events. Relaying Important Messages: Ensuring important information is communicated to the appropriate staff and students. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and helpful attitude is required. Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software for record-keeping and other tasks. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. High School Diploma: A high school diploma is typically required. Previous Experience with Children: Experience working with children is often preferred. Answering Phone Calls: Answering and transferring calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers.
