SaT-TD-Associate Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in a related field. ### Roles and Responsibility Execute 1-2 projects at a time, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills. Lead sections of management meetings, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide technical expertise and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. ### Job Requirements Strong analytical, executional, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, GenAI, and other relevant tools, along with technical knowledge of US GAAP. Experience in team handling and leadership, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and accounting principles, with practical application skills. Excellent presentation and reporting skills, capable of communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
