You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are designed to effectively support the organization's needs and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzing business processes, and designing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop high-quality software applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure the applications are scalable, reliable, and secure. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP TM. - Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP TM applications.
