Job Title

Job Summary

SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and rollouts of SAP TM (S/4HANA or standalone)
Gather business requirements and design TM solutions to meet business needs
Configure SAP TM modules including freight order management, planning, execution, and charge management
Integrate SAP TM with SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM) and third-party systems
Perform system testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot issues
Provide functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer
Collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery

Key Skills & Expertise

8+ years of total SAP experience with a minimum of 5 years in SAP TM
Hands-on experience with Freight Planning, Freight Execution, Freight Settlement, and Charge Management
Strong understanding of TM master data, condition-based planning, and optimizer
Good exposure to TM integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and external systems
Experience with TM-GTS, TM-EWM integrations is an advantage
Excellent client-facing, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
SAP TM Certification (preferred)
Experience in Agile project methodologies
