As an Assistant Director - Time and Expense Assistant Product Manager within the Mercury Support Team (MST), a collaborative Finance/Enterprise Technology organization at EY, you will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative technologies that underpin our core operational processes throughout the Opportunity and Engagement Lifecycle and associated Finance Applications. Our focus is on enhancing customer experience through innovative solutions, operational efficiency, and stable services. Collaborating with technology experts and business professionals, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth, learning opportunities, and significant impact. Key Responsibilities: - Document business processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Develop detailed functional specifications for SAP Timesheet and SAP Concur Expense components. - Support the lead Product Manager in communicating with stakeholders and the technical team. - Engage in product update lifecycle, emphasizing demand, requirements, validation, and business signoff. - Facilitate requirements review, validation activities, and user acceptance testing for new features. - Ensure adherence to industry best practices, regulations, and internal policies. - Monitor the effectiveness of SAP components in supporting business operations and report on their impact. - Manage functional incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through resolution. - Analyze batch failures/errors and provide insights to the lead Product Manager. - Assist in staffing planning across SAP Timesheet and SAP Concur Expense product suite. - Mentor and develop team members, oversee onboarding, and facilitate career development. - Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems within the department. Skills And Attributes Required: - 5+ years of experience in business system environment with expertise in SAP Concur employee expense solution. - Proficiency in SAP Timesheet and SAP Concur Expense solutions for global professional services organizations. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse cultural settings. - Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, BOT Framework, and Machine Learning. Qualifications: - Creative mindset with analytical skills and ability to manage complex projects independently. - Effective listening and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Flexibility to work outside regular office hours to meet global organizational needs. Education: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: - 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP Concur function. - Possession of a current professional certification preferred. We are seeking an SAP Time and Expense Assistant Product Manager that is a highly skilled role with SAP Concur functional and technical skills across all aspects of Product Management / Product Operations paired with expertise in a large global organization. In this role, you will support critical elements of the global operational stability of the SAP Time and Expense product suite. This includes monitoring, maintenance, and resolution of systems incidents and outages as well as playing a role in the successful delivery/deployment of Time and Expense enhancements, configurations, and product releases. The candidate must be a self-starter with global SAP Concur Expense and SAP Timesheet technical and business process experience. Your key responsibilities include understanding and supporting documentation of business processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure ERP components align with organizational goals and operational needs. You will also develop detailed functional specifications for SAP Timesheet and SAP Concur Expense components, provide support to the lead Product Manager, support product update and enhancement lifecycle, ensure adherence to industry best practices, monitor impacts to other processes, manage functional incidents, provide technical incident oversight, analyse batch failures/errors, understand financial impacts, assist with planning staffing levels, coach team members, and establish relevant controls and feedback systems. To qualify for the role, you must have a creative and self-starter mindset, effective listening skills, ability to deal with escalations, conflicts, and difficult situations under pressure, exceptional English language skills, flexibility to work outside regular office hours, and a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related discipline. Ideally, you should also have prior experience working for a large, global organization with a complex environment, experience with SAP HRMM, and experience with SAP Financials.
