Job Summary:

We are looking for a SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong capabilities in MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) to play a key role in our ERP Modernization initiatives. This position is uniquely positioned at the intersection of SAP modernization and Data & AI transformation, enabling intelligent enterprise solutions tailored for Manufacturing and Supply Chain industries.

As part of the Industry Solutions Portfolio, you will not only configure and enhance SAP systems but also collaborate with domain experts, data engineers, and AI architects to convert legacy ERP data into actionable intelligence, driving operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERP modernization efforts by aligning SAP MM/PP/QM configurations with new business models and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Industry Solution Architects and Data-AI teams to identify opportunities where SAP data can be leveraged for predictive analytics, dashboards, and process automation.
• Perform functional configurations in MM/PP/QM and create detailed functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
• Conduct basic ABAP debugging and contribute to technical design involving user exits, BADIs, IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
• Align SAP solutions with Data & AI use cases such as demand sensing, predictive maintenance, production yield improvement, and quality prediction.
• Participate in solution blueprinting, testing, data migration, and go-live support as part of end-to-end project delivery.
• Contribute to building reusable solution accelerators that combine ERP best practices with modern analytics platforms.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to drive process standardization and digital enablement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 58 years of SAP techno-functional experience in MM, PP, and QM.
• Exposure to both SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and quality business processes.
• Proficiency in preparing functional specs and working with developers for customizations and enhancements.
• Ability to bridge the gap between SAP transactional data and AI/ML use cases in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP BDC and modern integration tools (SAP PI/PO, CPI).
• Understanding of data modeling concepts (ODS, DSO, CDS Views) and how they relate to analytics use cases.
• Experience working in industries like Manufacturing-Discrete & Process, Automotive, CPG, Retail and Aerospace.
• SAP Certifications in MM/PP/QM are a plus.
