Position: Lead Solution Architect SAP Technologies Experience: 15+ Years Location: Pune Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Lead Solution Architect – SAP Technologies with 15+ years of experience to drive solution design, pre-sales activities, and provide technical leadership across complex SAP transformation projects. The role combines hands-on expertise with strategic oversight to deliver scalable, cost-effective SAP solutions aligned with client objectives. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales Design end-to-end SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, C4C, SuccessFactors) tailored to client requirements. Define solution roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and lead RFP responses. Conduct workshops, PoCs, and presentations to support pre-sales engagements. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support business growth. Domain Expertise Deep understanding of core industries: Automotive Industrial Manufacturing Chemical Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O) / Real Estate Oil & Gas Client Engagement & Delivery Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CIOs, IT leaders). Guide SAP roadmap planning, cloud migration, and integration strategies. Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with SAP and industry best practices. Technology Leadership Stay current on SAP innovations: SAP BTP, AI, RPA, machine learning, and Fiori UX. Recommend emerging tools, platforms, and automation strategies. Mentor technical teams and foster SAP architectural competency across the organization. Key Skills & Experience: 15+ years in SAP solution architecture and delivery leadership. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Fiori/UI5, and SAP Cloud Platform. Strong foundation in SAP Basis, ABAP, HANA DB, system performance tuning. Experience with multi-cloud SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of SAP security, governance, and compliance. Skilled in DevOps for SAP, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. SAP Certified Solution Architect – S/4HANA or BTP. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Prior experience in pre-sales, consulting, or advisory roles. Role & responsibilities .
