Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership & Execution:

• Lead the SAP SD implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Oversee the delivery of SAP SD solutions while ensuring they meet business needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (business users, project managers, technical teams) to define, configure, and implement solutions.

2. Configuration & Solution Design:

• Lead the configuration of the SAP SD module (sales order management, pricing, shipping, billing, credit management, etc.).
• Design end-to-end processes for sales and distribution.
• Ensure the solution integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management) and FI (Financial Accounting).

3. Team Management:

• Manage and mentor a team of SAP SD consultants, ensuring proper task allocation and performance.
• Provide guidance in configuring the system and solving functional problems.
• Review work and provide feedback to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure the system is thoroughly tested and meets both functional and business requirements.
• Work closely with end-users during UAT to ensure the solution meets expectations.

5. Training & Documentation:

• Provide end-user training on SAP SD processes and functionalities.
• Create user manuals, functional specifications, and system documentation to ensure knowledge transfer.

6. Post-Implementation Support:

• Provide post-go-live support to resolve any issues and ensure the system runs smoothly.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolutions and continuous improvement.

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes, including sales order processing, shipping, billing, pricing, and integration with MM, FI, and other modules.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• End to End implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
