First point of contact for business units and divisions for NPD projects, responsible for managing platform and application projects Interface between business unit (BU) and material field purchasing buyer. Responsible for change management of purchased parts and technical cost saving projects (RPP), provide project related information to all Plant stakeholders after the project kickoff. Should have good working knowledge of SAP system and MS Office. Preferred automotive industry background. Qualifications BE Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical Engineering. 5 to 12 years experience in Purchasing, Vendor Development area in Automotive industry. Additional Information Support team member for Internal and external audits. Co-ordinate with department member to gather data for MIS. Involve in Business Plan activity and compile and share data.

Qualifications - Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Production, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent). - Project Management Professional (PMP Certified; Optional). - 4 - 6 years of experience in similar industry and function. - Experience of working for automotive projects (desirable). - Competent in SAP, MS office tools, PPAP and APQP process. - Advanced Knowledge of Diesel/ alternative powertrain technologies, Engine Management System. - Product development life cycle, Overview of Bosch product portfolio and new developments. - Basic analytical/critical skills, commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset - Basic skills in negotiation, communication, presentation, should exhibit Agility, Competent Project planning, risk management skills & self driven to perform under challenging budgets with quality and time focus. - Customer relationship management

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production volume, quality, and downtime. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards. Identify and report quality issues to relevant departments, taking corrective actions when necessary. Monitor and maintain compliance with quality control procedures and documentation. Safety and Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures on the production floor. Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for team members. Investigate and report any safety incidents, taking corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Employee Management: Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues promptly. Monitor employee attendance and performance, addressing any performance gaps. Identification of training Needs for his respective team members. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment malfunctions and minimize production downtime. Monitor machine performance and identify potential maintenance issues. Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment as needed. Reporting and Documentation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including quality metrics and performance data. Maintain accurate production records and documentation as per company standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production supervisory role Knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and cross-functional departments Ability to analyse data, identify problems, and implement solutions Proficiency in basic computer skills and production management systems. Knowledge of SAP is Mandatory. Advance Knowledge: 7 Qc tools, TPM , Kaizen, Why-Why Analysis, Quality Circle, 5S & OEE methodology , SAP and Understanding of component drawing. Minimum Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Mech) with Minimum 5 Years of experience in production. Working in Defence sector (Explosive) will be added advantage.
