Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SAP PMR including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Configure and optimize Pricing and Promotion functionalities within S/4HANA Retail . Integrate SAP PMR and S/4HANA with third-party applications (e.g., POS systems, digital marketing platforms). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and integration specialists. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Document functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials. Required Skills & Experience: Primary: Proven experience with SAP PMR (Promotion Management for Retail) implementation. Secondary: Strong hands-on experience with S/4HANA Retail , specifically in Pricing and Promotion configuration. Experience in integrating SAP solutions with third-party applications. Solid understanding of retail business processes and promotional strategies. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in Retail or PMR modules. Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
