Ability to lead collaborative global teams during steady state, post go live and developing strategic solutions
Highly motivated team member with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
Experience in hands-on and root-cause analysis skills
Additional Experience Preferred:
Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry
Additional Information :
This position requires working from the GTBC site Chennai, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM most days of the week.
However, candidates should be flexible to adjust their support timings as needed to meet the business urgencies
Candidates must be located within Chennai or be willing to relocate to Chennai.
Being in the office as per local work guidelines is required.
Working hours may extend, and availability during weekends may be necessary based on support needs
