SAP HCM Time-Senior

We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, including at least 2 end-to-end payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Wage type, Schema, and PCR configuration, as well as PA/PM and time integration with payroll. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead teams in business transformation and managed services track of SAP engagements. Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize the design. Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, and integration test scripts based on business requirements. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators. Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team. Mentor the project team in executing identified projects. Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators. Interface with customer representatives as needed and be willing to travel to customer locations when necessary. ### Job Requirements Over 3-5 years of SAP HCM experience, including at least 2 end-to-end payroll implementations. Experience working on Wage type, Schema, and PCR configuration. Good knowledge of PA/PM and time integration with payroll. Configure tax-related requirements for countries such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, and New Zealand. BE/BTech/MCA with sound industry experience of 1-3 years. Strong process experience in SAP HCM is preferred. SuccessFactors experience is an added advantage. Understanding and experience of integration best practices. Excellent business communication skills. Excellent leadership skills.
