Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM modules (Org Management, Time Management, Payroll) in SAP S/4HANA. Design, configure, and optimize SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements. Work closely with HR business leaders and IT teams to understand and document business processes and requirements. Manage SAP HCM project deliverables including timelines, budgets, risks, and resources. Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and functional design activities. Ensure quality assurance through unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Supervise and mentor junior consultants, assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables. Coordinate with technical teams for development, interfaces, and custom enhancements. Provide leadership in Greenfield, Brownfield, and Support projects with deep involvement in strategy and execution. Oversee post-go-live support, change management, and continuous process improvement. Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules, with at least 3 years in a lead role. Strong implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA. Proven track record in Greenfield, Brownfield, and support projects. Excellent knowledge of core HCM processes PA/OM, Time Management, and Payroll. Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders. Experience managing full project lifecycles and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP HCM or S/4HANA certification. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or Fiori. Global implementation experience is a plus. Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.
