Technical Skills Required:
• Expertise in SAP HANA, BOBJ, BODS, and Power BI
• Strong knowledge of ETL design and development
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational databases
• Experience with data quality tools and methodologies
Position Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in SAP HANA BI consulting or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SAP BODS.
• Experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various source
systems to target systems.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts and data architects to meet data
requirements.
• Implement and enforce data quality rules and processes to ensure data accuracy and
consistency.
• Proficiency in monitoring and improving data quality through profiling, cleansing, and
validation.
• Capability to analyze complex data requirements and design data integration solutions.
• Develop jobs, workflows, and data flows aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
• Conduct unit and integration testing of data solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data mappings and process
designs.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, scientists, and
business users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and methodologies.
