We are looking to on-board seasoned SAP BASIS professionals who will have the opportunity to provide support primarily to in-house SAP team & landscape and provide support to our clients, only if needed. This individual will work with highly competent and motivated SAP professionals on the team to provide value added IT services which will embody Solixs value proposition.

Responsibilities:

• SAP systems installations, operational maintenance activities, performance tuning and

monitoring of various systems like but not limited to ECC, S4/HANA, Solution Manager, BW,

SCM, CRM, GTS, BTP, SAP Content server, OpenText etc.

• Provide BASIS support across SAP landscape during entire SDLC lifecycle
• Self-motivated professional who can take complete ownership on actions, find innovative

ways to improve services agility, availability and efficiency and to continuously gain more

skills

• Publish weekly system health reports
• Meet established priorities and schedules as per the defined SLAs
• Ability to work independently and as a team player too as per the project demands
• Perform transport management, client copies, system copies, system refreshes to support

Dev and QA activities

• Perform incremental back-ups and weekly back-ups and full back-ups per planned schedules
• Collaborate and coordinate with various cross departmental teams like IT, MIS, Cloud etc.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects and adapt to a changing technology

environment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly experienced and seasoned BASIS professional
• Ability to learn and adapt to the changing technology
• Technical skills:
• Strong hands-on experience (Installations, operational maintenance & troubleshooting,

migrations, upgrades etc.) on various systems of SAP suite like ECC, S4/HANA, Solution

Manager, BW, SCM, CRM, GTS, BTP, SAP Content server, OpenText etc.

• Fine tune existing landscape and operational activities
• In-depth knowledge of ABAP and JAVA monitoring tools for root cause analysis such as

CCMS, DB cockpit and SMD

• Innovate and implement automation to reduce the day to day operational activities

Added advantage:

• Any SAP certifications
• Exposure to SAP Data archival platforms
• Knowledge / hands-on in SAP security aspects
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and methodology
